UI-7 cable television channel

See the UI-7 weekly broadcast schedule for today.
UI-7 is the cable television service of the University of Illinois. Its goal is to provide professional-quality local programming that is relevant to the community — the campus, the communities of Urbana and Champaign and other constituencies with access to UI-7. UI-7 serves as a resource to spotlight the University of Illinois campus community through programming that is by, or of interest to, the University of Illinois campus community.
Currently UI-7 is going through a transition to provide more locally produced content and is looking for programming. If you have programming you would like to have considered for broadcast, please see the links below for the types of programs that are accepted and the submission request form.
UI-7 features special programming and news via television and radio broadcasts, many of which are produced, directed, written and filmed by University of Illinois broadcast journalism students. Aired almost every Tuesday and Thursday during the academic year, stories from journalism students cover University and local news, including lead stories, features, sports and weather.
